Size Exchanges

1.1 Eligibility:

  • We accept returns solely for the purpose of size exchanges. Only items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached will be considered for a size exchange.
  • All size exchange requests must be initiated within seven days from the date of delivery.

1.2 Size Exchange Process:

  • To initiate a size exchange, please contact our customer support within the specified timeframe.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the size exchange process.
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and include all original accessories, tags, and documentation.

1.3 Exchange Availability:

  • Size exchanges are subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your requested size exchange, but if the desired size is not available, we will provide you with alternative options or offer a refund as described in section 2.

1.4 Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs associated with the size exchange unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

 Refunds

2.1 Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will only be issued if the requested size for exchange is unavailable, and no suitable alternatives are found.
  • Refunds will be processed in the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued within a timeframe of 7 working days.

2.2 Refund Processing:

  • Once your size exchange request is approved, and the desired size is unavailable, we will initiate the refund process within two to three working days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support immediately. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.
